Engagement Methodology
Matson & Isom Technology Consulting continues to
improve an engagement methodology designed to provide clients with a
concise roadmap of the engagement process. Utilizing the discover,
design, develop, deploy, support methodology ensures proper tracking and
an open line of communication for the client, project manager, and
delivery team.
The project team first looks at what the client has and
listens to what the client wants for their business and for their
customers. They then define scope of work and assign hours to tasks, and
tasks to team members. Costs are calculated and phases for future
budgets and planning identified. During the process, quality is never
compromised.
Implementation occurs through a collaborative development
and deployment process that provides the framework for effectively
managing a complete engagement. The process also allows MITC to build on
the knowledge database used to better help our clients in achieving
their business goals.
