MITC Calling Card
Download the MITC Remote Support Calling Card
The MITC Remote Support calling card allows you to easily connect to MITC support staff when you need help with your workstation.
To install the MITC Calling Card, please follow these instructions:
- Click the link above to begin the download
- When prompted, choose 'Save' and save the download to your desktop
- Once the download is complete, double-click the file on your desktop and follow the prompts to install the calling card
To run the MITC Calling Card
- Launch the program by clicking on the tool’s icon on your desktop.
- Once open, fill out your name, email, and company name and press 'Connect'.
- After you have clicked the 'Connect' button, please call 530.891.9146 to reach a technical consultant.
