MITC maintains an ongoing strategic partnership with Microsoft as a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner. This partnership affords MITC:
- Early access to next-generation Microsoft software for testing and training;
- Exclusive access to Microsoft network and organization assessment tools;
- Direct, timely access to Microsoft contacts for questions regarding licensing, technical support, software troubleshooting, and critical “organization-down” Microsoft Support Engineer assistance.
Priority Access to Microsoft Support Engineers
The most valuable aspect of this partnership is MITC’s priority access to Microsoft Support Engineers.
In situations when support issues with Microsoft products need to be escalated beyond MITC senior technical support staff, MITC leverages direct phone-based access to high-level Microsoft support engineers in order to provide the highest level of service possible. Microsoft Support Engineers are:
- Trained to the highest possible level of support on each individual Microsoft product;
- Available 24 hours a day/7 days a week.
