Do ProSupport Managed Solutions cover day-to-day IT support for my network?

ProSupport Premium is designed to be an all-inclusive solution which includes on-site and remote support for day-to-day IT support issues on your network in addition to network monitoring and regular maintenance. Day-to-day IT support under ProSupport Baseline and ProSupport Essentials contracts is billed separately.

Do ProSupport Managed Solutions cover special IT projects?

Special projects are typically proposed as independent contracts with a proposal, timelines, and specific scope of work defined prior to the project’s execution. Under certain circumstances, limited-scope special projects are included under ProSupport Premium.

Are there any minimum requirements for my network to be supported under ProSupport Managed Solutions?

A list of minimum requirements and prerequisites for ProSupport Managed Solutions is listed below:

  • High-speed, always-on Internet access, with remote connectivity enabled to primary server(s)
  • Main server(s) support remote restarting
  • Microsoft Windows 2000, 2003 or 2008 Active Directory Domain environment with all networked workstations/servers joined to the domain
  • All workstations to be monitored on domain are Windows 2000, XP, or Vista (must support Group Policy)
