This event brings together entrepreneurs, startups, and small business leaders for practical conversations about innovation, growth, and thoughtful decision-making. 

At 11:30 a.m., Tyler Smith will present Aligning AI with Your Mission: Practical Guidance for Entrepreneurs and Small Businesses. This session is designed to help leaders cut through the noise around AI and make decisions that truly support their mission, their people, and their customers. 

All sessions are one hour in length, and the day includes lunch and evening libations. The event concludes with a Startup Pitch Challenge and community hang, creating space for connection, idea sharing, and encouragement within Chico’s growing business community.
