PortfolioRegional Housing Authority of Sutter, Yuba, Nevada & Colusa Counties

The Regional Housing Authority of Sutter Yuba, Colusa & Nevada Counties requested a redesign of their Sitefinity website—a hub for prospective renters, current tenants, landlords and contractors seeking bid opportunities. In addition to providing a user-friendly experience for each of the various audiences, the site also required compliance with governmental regulations. M&I's new design brought a modern aesthetic to RHA's web presence while providing much-needed organization and clarity for the numerous resources found throughout the site.
