Tier Definitions

Supported

Technologies that are fully supported by M&I. These align with our security, reliability, and manageability standards.

Best Effort

Technologies that are functional but not fully standardized. M&I will make reasonable efforts to assist but cannot guarantee full support or performance.

Unsupported

Technologies that do not meet security, compatibility, or support requirements. M&I does not support or permit these within managed environments.
